  • RESCHEDULED: ACE Production extended invasive maintenance window, changed to 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. EST Feb. 27 (see 2502210011). During this window, Multi-Model Manifest EDI queues will be stopped (here)
  • The National Commodity Specialist Division, Office of Trade, is presenting its next round of 30+ commodity-specific educational webinars, starting in March and extending through September, to support CBP's internal and external stakeholders. The focus of the webinars will be on Balancing Fair Trade, providing guidance to move forward in support of validation and enforcement protocols and facilitate legitimate trade. Each hourlong webinar will start at 1:30 p.m. ET. Registration is open for March sessions, on March 18, 25 and 27 (here)
  • On Feb. 4, the Department of Commerce initiated its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty investigations on Temporary Steel Fencing from China (A-570-198/C-570-199) (see 2501220033) (here).
