Global NAPs request and extend contract terms to Mass. and Va. However, agency said it couldn’t order payment of reciprocal compensation because Global NAPs and Verizon still must submit agreements to state regulators in Mass. and Va. for approval. Global NAPs had contended that Verizon owed it more than $26 million in past due reciprocal compensation in those 2 states.
