1 The ITA states that if the company listed in the initiation notice does not qualify for a separate rate, all other exporters of subject merchandise who have not qualified for a separate rate will be covered by this review as part of the China-wide entity of which the listed company is a part.

2 The ITA states that a company that should have been listed under this review was inadvertently omitted from its March 26, 2004 initiation notice.

3 The ITA states that this AD duty administrative review was listed in its March 26, 2004 initiation notice with the incorrect review period; however, BP's summary of the ITA's initiation notice has the correct date.

4 The ITA states that this CV duty administrative review was inadvertently listed in the March 26, 2004 initiation notice even though it did not receive any requests for review; therefore, there is no administrative review being conducted for the 01/01/03 - 12/31/03 review period.

If requested by a domestic interested party within 30 days of April 28, 2004, the ITA states that it will determine whether AD duties have been absorbed by an exporter or producer subject to the review if the subject merchandise is sold in the U.S. through an importer that is affiliated with such exporter or producer.

The ITA also states that it intends to issue the final results of these reviews not later than March 31, 2005.
