Termination of Antidum

At the same time, the ITC published its final negative AD injury determinations in the Federal Register. As a result, the ITC's AD injury and the ITA's AD duty investigations of subject merchandise from France and Japan have been terminated.

According to the CEBB notices, field offices should discontinue suspension of liquidation of all shipments of subject merchandise from (1) France that have a time of entry on or after December 22, 2003, and (2) Japan that have a time of entry on or after September 23, 2003.

The notices also state that all estimated AD duties deposited on entries of the subject merchandise shall be refunded and the bonds or other security released at the time of liquidation. In addition, the interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930 do not apply.
