(a) final AD rate of zero; however, suspension of liquidation will continue
(b) For all other subject merchandise exported by Trans-High or Harmoni but not produced by Yun Feng or Harmoni, respectively, the AD cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 376.67%
(c) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate AD rate, including Top Pearl Ltd. and Wo Hing (H.K.) Trading Co., the AD cash deposit rate will also be the China-wide rate of 376.67%.
(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise, the AD cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China supplier of that exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (11/01/01 - 10/31/02)
According to the ITA, it will determine, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of June 16, 2004.
