(b) The AD cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be the "all others" rate of 2.59%, which is the "all others" rate established in the original investigation.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (05/03/01 - 10/31/02)

According to the ITA, it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries made during the period May 3, 2001 through October 29, 2001, and November 29, 2001 through October 31, 2002.

The ITA states that it will calculate an importer-specific AD assessment rate in accordance with 19 CFR 351.212(b)(1) and will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of June 16, 2004.

The ITA notes that suspension of liquidation was discontinued from October 30, 2001 through November 28, 2001 and subsequently reinstated upon issuance of the amended AD duty order. (See ITT's Online Archives or 01/08/04 news, 04010830 for BP summary of the amended AD duty order.)
