ITA Announces Preliminary Affirmative Antidumping Determination for China Wooden Bedroom Furniture
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a fact sheet announcing its preliminary affirmative antidumping (AD) duty determination for wooden bedroom furniture from China (A-570-890).

The ITA states that upon publication of this preliminary AD determination in the Federal Register (which is expected soon), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will begin to suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise from China and to collect an AD bond or cash deposit based on the rates the ITA found in this preliminary determination.
