(b) For previously investigated or reviewed companies not listed above, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period.

(c) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original investigation, but the manufacturer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise.

(d) The adjusted cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be the "all others" rate of 23.87%, which is the "all others" rate established in the original investigation. (The ITA notes that this "all others" rate reflects a reduction for export subsidies found in the companion countervailing (CV) duty investigation (C-533-821). The rate prior to the reduction for export subsidies was 38.72%.)

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (05/03/01 - 11/30/02)

According to the ITA, it will determine, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess, AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise in accordance with these final results.

The ITA also states that it will issue assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of June 28, 2004 and will direct CBP to assess the resulting assessment rate against the entered customs values of the subject merchandise on each of the importer's entries during the period of review.
