The ITA also states in its notice that it inadvertently listed Fresh Atlantic Salmon from Chile (A-337-803) in its July 2004 opportunity to request notice which was published in the Federal Register on July 1, 2004. According to the ITA, on July 25, 2003 it published a notice revoking the AD duty order on Fresh Atlantic Salmon from Chile as of July 1, 2001. ITA sources have confirmed that since the AD duty order was revoked as of July 1, 2001, no AD administrative review can be requested for any period after July 1, 2001.
The ITA states that if it does not receive, by the August 31, 2004, a request for review of entries covered by an AD or CV duty order listed above for the identified period, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess AD or CV duties on those entries at a rate equal to the cash deposit of (or bond for) estimated AD or CV duties required on those entries at the time of entry and to continue to collect the AD or CV cash deposit previously ordered.
