AD: Canada Certain Softwood Lumber Products

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has amended its initiation and its preliminary results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of certain softwood lumber products from Canada for the review period of May 22, 2002 through April 30, 2003 in order to add 22 companies that were inadvertently omitted from the initiation notice.

Amended Initiation and Amended Preliminary Results of AD Duty Administrative Review

The ITA states that the "review-specific" rate (weighted average margin) of 3.98% found for 340 respondents who were not selected for individual review in the preliminary results, will also be applicable to these 22 companies.
