1If one of the named companies does not qualify for a separate rate, all other exporters of subject merchandise who have not qualified for a separate rate are deemed to be covered by this review as part of the China-wide entity of which the named exporters are a part.

2 The companies listed were inadvertently omitted from two previous initiation notices published in the Federal Register on June 30, 2004 and July 28, 2004.

3 The ITA states that it inadvertently misspelled a company's name in a previous initiation notice that was published in the June 30, 2004 Federal Register. The correct spelling is "Specialites G.D.S. Inc."

4 The ITA states that the period of review was listed incorrectly in a previous initiation notice that was published in the July 28, 2004 Federal Register; however, BP's summary of the ITA's initiation notice reflects the correct period of review.

If requested by a domestic interested party within 30 days of August 30, 2004, the ITA states that it will determine whether AD duties have been absorbed by an exporter or producer subject to the review if the subject merchandise is sold in the U.S. through an importer that is affiliated with such exporter or producer.

ITA Receives Timely Requests to Revoke in Part Two AD Duty Orders and One CV Duty Order

The ITA states that it has received timely requests to revoke in part the AD and CV duty orders on certain pasta from Italy (A-475-818 and C-475-819) and the AD duty order on canned pineapple fruit from Thailand (A-549-813).

The ITA also states that it intends to issue the final results of these reviews not later than July 31, 2005.
