AD: Mexico & Turkey Light-Walled Rectangular Pipe & Tube
According to an International Trade Commission (ITC) press release, the ITC on September 29, 2004 issued final negative antidumping (AD) injury and threat of injury determinations for light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico and Turkey.

As a result, the ITC states that no AD duty orders will be issued on subject merchandise from Mexico and Turkey.
International Trade Administration (ITA) sources have stated that as a result, the AD investigations (A-201-832 (Mexico) and A-489-812 (Turkey)) will be terminated, and the ITA will soon send instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regarding the lifting of the suspension of liquidation on, and refunding cash deposits and releasing bonds for, entries of subject merchandise.
ITA sources note that the investigations would not be terminated in the unlikely event that litigation to dispute the ITC's determinations is initiated.
