AD Duty Investigation to be Terminate

As a result of the ITC's negative AD injury finding with respect to subject merchandise from Taiwan and pursuant to 19 CFR 351.207(d), the International Trade Administration's (ITA's) AD duty investigation (A-583-841) on subject merchandise from Taiwan, as well as the ITC's AD injury investigation (731-TA-1088) will be terminated.

(Since the ITA's AD duty investigation did not make it past the initiation phase, suspension of liquidation did not occur for subject merchandise from Taiwan.)

(See ITC press release for more information, including the product description. See ITT's Online Archives or 10/07/04 news, 04100730, for BP summary of the ITA's initiation of the AD duty investigation of subject merchandise from Taiwan.
