As a result, the ITA is not directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation of entries of subject merchandise. In addition, the ITA is not expected to require AD cash deposits or bonds on entries of subject merchandise at this time.

The ITA adds that if its final AD duty determination is affirmative, the International Trade Commission (ITC) will issue a final AD injury determination on subject merchandise within a specified period of time.
