ITA Amends Final AD Determination on Wooden Bedroom Furniture from China

On December 28, 2004, the International Trade Administration (ITA) announced that it is amending the final affirmative antidumping (AD) duty determination on wooden bedroom furniture from China (A-570-890).

As a result of corrections made to address ministerial errors in the final determination, the ITA states it has amended the margins (AD rates) for certain mandatory respondents, as well as the Section A respondents that are eligible for a "separate rate," as follows:

(On December 28, 2004, the International Trade Commission (ITC) published in the Federal Register its final affirmative AD injury determination for wooden bedroom furniture from China. The next step is for the ITA to issue an AD duty order and amended final determination for subject merchandise, and instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to only allow AD cash deposits.)
