The ITA explains that an October 1, 2004 notice provided the opportunity to request an administrative review of the suspension agreement on cut-to-length steel plate from Russia. However, the ITA signed a new suspension agreement with respect to cut-to-length plate on January 23, 2003 that replaced the previous agreement. Therefore, the anniversary month of the suspension agreement is January (rather than October) and the notice announcing the opportunity to request an administrative review should have been published in a January 3, 2005 notice.

Thus, the ITA is now providing notice of the opportunity to request an administrative review of the cut-to-length steel plate from Russia suspension agreement for the period of January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004.

According to ITA sources, comments should be submitted by January 31, 2005.
