AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry On/After 02/14/05:
Company | Antidumping (AD) Rate or Note |
---|---|
Tehran Negah Nima Trading Company, Inc. (Nima) as exporter and Razi Domghan Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Company (Razi) as producer | 18.74% |
All others | (a),(b),(c),(d) |
(a) For merchandise exported by Nima and produced by Maghsoudi Farms, an exporter/producer combination subject to an AD duty new shipper review for the period of July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001, the cash deposit rate will be 144.05%. (See ITT's Online Archives or 01/09/03 news, 03010930, for BP summary of the final results of this AD duty new shipper review.)
(b) For subject merchandise exported by Nima but not produced by Razi or Maghsoudi Farms, the cash deposit rate will be 184.28%, the all others rate;
(c) If the exporter is not a firm covered by this review, a prior review, or the original AD duty investigation, but the producer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the producer of the merchandise; and
(d) If neither the exporter nor the producer is a firm covered in this review or the original investigation, the cash deposit rate for all other producers or exporters of the subject merchandise will continue to be 184.28%, the all others rate. The ITA explains that this "all others" rate is from the final determination in the AD duty investigations, which reflects the amount of export subsidies found in the final countervailing (CV) duty determination in the investigation subtracted from the dumping margin found in the AD duty determination.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (07/01/02 - 06/30/03)
The ITA states that it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA adds that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly from CBP within 15 days of February 14, 2005.
(See ITA's notice for more information, including the scope of the review, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 08/27/04 news, 04082745, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty administrative review.)
