The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of certain polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, sheet, and strip from India for the period of December 21, 2001 through June 30, 2003.

(a) For previously investigated companies not listed above, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published in the AD duty investigation;
(b) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this AD duty review, or the original AD duty investigation, but the manufacturer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise; and
(c) If neither the exporter nor the manufacturer is a firm covered by any segment of this proceeding, the cash deposit rate will be the "all others" rate of 24.14% established in the AD duty investigation, adjusted for the export subsidy rate found in the countervailing (CV) duty investigation, which results in a cash deposit rate of 5.71%.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/21/01 - 06/30/03)
The ITA states that it has calculated importer/customer-specific assessment rates (which may be different from the AD duty cash deposit rates listed above) for merchandise subject to this review and will issue appropriate assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days of February 11, 2005.
