Amended Final Results of CV Duty Administrative Review

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (05/22/02 - 03/31/03)

The ITA states it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), on or after the 41st day after February 24, 2005, to liquidate shipments of certain softwood lumber products from Canada with a time of entry from May 22, 2002 through March 31, 2003, at the above indicated CV duty rates.
