Final Negative Countervailing Duty Determination

Because this negative final determination follows the ITA's negative preliminary determination, ITA sources state that the CV duty investigation of live swine from Canada has been automatically terminated effective March 11, 2005, pursuant to 19 CFR Part 351.207(d).

No bond or cash deposit had been previously required, and liquidation had not been suspended for entries of subject merchandise (due to the negative preliminary CV duty determination).
