CBP Administrative Messages, Web Postings, Etc

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued an ABI administrative message stating that the 2005-2006 tariff-rate quota (TRQ) for peanuts provided for in HTS Chapter 12, Additional U.S. Note (AUSN) 2 which opened on April 1, 2005 oversubscribed at opening moment for 'Other Countries or Areas.' The proration amount is 87.30305%.
