In addition, the International Trade Commission (ITC) issues a number of AD, CV, patent, and other notices, most of which don't warrant a full summary.

Rather than summarizing such notices in a lengthier fashion, Broker Power is listing them for reference purposes, as follows (note the "Action" legend at the end of the listing):

Action Legend
EFSITA extension of time for final results of AD/CV sunset reviews.
RS ITA rescission of AD administrative at the request of the sole petitioner.
EFRITA extension of final results of AD and CV administrative reviews.
EPRITA extension of time limit for preliminary results of an AD duty administrative review.
IIITC institution of preliminary AD injury investigation.
RJITC determination to remand Section 337 investigation to ALJ; extend time.
FRSITA final results of AD expedited sunset reviews (orders will not be revoked).
