According to the notice, the amended CV rate for Reliance Industries Ltd. is 19.97% (from 20.26%), and the amended 'All Others' rate is 14.55% (from 14.63%), effective April 22, 2005.
However, the former final rates (including 20.26% and 14.63%) were never in effect for India, as CV suspension of liquidation and the associated CV cash deposit/bond requirements were discontinued for shipments with a time of entry on or after December 28, 2004, due to a delay in publishing the final CV duty determination.
Moreover, the International Trade Commission (ITC) recently issued final negative injury/threat of injury determinations for this case, and the ITA will soon terminate its investigation as a result.
All AD and CV Investigations for Bottle-Grade PET Resin to be Terminated
The ITC recently issued final negative antidumping (AD) and CV injury/threat of injury determinations for imports of bottle-grade PET resin from India (A-533-841, C-533-842), Indonesia (A-560-817), and Thailand (A-549-823).
As a result of its final negative determinations, the ITC stated that no AD or CV duty orders will be issued on subject imports from India, Indonesia, and Thailand.
