These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD/CV duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of April 8, 2005 for certain pasta from Italy and within 120 days of April 11, 2005 for stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Japan.
