The ITA incorrectly listed the AD case number for Furfuryl Alcohol from China as "A-570-856," which is the AD case number for Indigo from China. The correct AD case number is in the above table.

This CV duty order previously appeared in the ITA's May 2, 2005 Notice of Opportunity to Request Administrative Reviews of AD and CV Duty Orders with an incorrect period of review of 01/01/04 - 12/31/04. The ITA is re-listing this CV duty order in order to reflect the correct period of review. (See ITT's Online Archives or 05/04/05 news, 05050435, for BP summary of the May 2, 2005 notice.)
The ITA states that if it does not receive, by the June 30, 2005 deadline, a request for the review of entries covered by an AD or CV duty order listed above for the identified review period, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess AD or CV duties on those entries at a rate equal to the cash deposit of (or bond for) estimated AD or CV duties required on those entries at the time of entry, and to continue to collect the AD or CV cash deposit previously ordered.
The ITA further notes that in May 2003 it clarified its practice with respect to the collection of final AD duties on imports of merchandise where intermediate firms are involved. The ITA states that the public should be aware of this clarification in determining whether to request an administrative review of merchandise subject to AD findings and orders.
