The ITA states that in these final results, it continues to find that Mittal Steel Galati S.A. (Mittal Galati) is the successor-in-interest to the S.C. Ispat Sidex S.A. (Sidex).

As a result, the ITA finds that Mittal Galati is entitled to Sidex's current cash deposit rate (13.50%) with respect to entries of subject merchandise from Romania.

According to the ITA, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to apply the AD duty cash deposit rate determination in this AD duty changed circumstances review to all entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after June 21, 2005. The ITA further explains that the cash deposit rate will remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next AD duty administrative review in which Mittal Galati participates.

This is the current AD duty cash deposit rate listed for this company in CBP's AD/Countervailing (CV) query for subject merchandise from Romania.

(See ITA's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 05/05/05 news, 05050530, for BP summary of the preliminary results and initiation of this AD duty changed circumstances review.)
