AD/CV: China Persulfates and India PET Film, Sheet, and Strip
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty administrative reviews:

2The ITA states that it has preliminarily found that Jindal Polyester Limited of India has changed its name to Jindal Poly Films Limited. If the final results of this AD duty administrative review remain unchanged, the ITA intends to update its instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to reflect this name change and Jindal Poly Films Limited will receive Jindal Polyester Limited's cash deposit rate. (In addition, ITA sources state that if the final results remain unchanged, only the new name will be used in the final results notice.)

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD and CV duty administrative reviews, which are currently due on approximately December 6, 2005 (India) and within 120 days of August 10, 2005 (China).
