(a) The ITA preliminarily determines that subject merchandise exported by Nima and produced by Razi will receive a CV duty rate of zero ad valorem.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of this AD duty or CV duty administrative review, which are currently due within 120 days of December 8, 2005 (Romania) and 120 days of November 7, 2005 (Iran).
