The Web site for the Directorate General of Trade of the European Commission (EC) contains a Web page entitled "Respecting the Rules" which includes, among other things, a list of all antidumping (AD), countervailing (CV), and safeguard measures, including those under current investigation.

The following are highlights of the Web page's contents:
AD, CV, and safeguard information. The Web page's list of all AD, CV, and safeguard measures is available in an Excel format which is updated weekly. In addition, timetables for all on-going AD and CV investigations are available. The Web page also includes statistics covering years 2000-2004 and the first nine months of 2005.
Trade Barriers. The Web page also contains information on the EC's Trade Barriers Regulation (TBR), which, among other things, is a legal instrument that gives European Community enterprises and industries the right to lodge a complaint, which obliges the EC to investigate and evaluate whether there is evidence of a violation of international trade rules resulting in adverse trade effects.
Safeguards, quotas, and surveillance. The EC's Web page provides information on safeguard measures applied to imports, quotas on imports, and import surveillance.
Injurious Pricing Instrument. The EC's Web page also address injurious pricing in the area of shipbuilding.
Trade defense instruments and European Union (EU) enlargement. This section of the EC's Web page concerns the application of EU trade defense laws and measures to the ten countries which joined the EU on May 1, 2004 (i.e., Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia).
Fair trade for small and medium-sized enterprises. The EC's Web page also includes information on the those trade defense instruments at the disposal of small and medium-sized enterprises.
