AD: China Persulfates
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of persulfates from China for the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.

(a) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have separate rates, the AD cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) The AD cash deposit rate for all other China exporters will be 119.02%, the China-wide Rate established in the AD investigation; and
(c) The AD cash deposit rate for non-China exporters of subject merchandise will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (07/01/03 - 06/30/04)
The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of February 14, 2006.
In addition, the ITA states that it will has calculated importer (or customer)-specific ad valorem rates, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rate listed above (which is a weighted average).
