CV: India and Indonesia Certain Lined Paper Products

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a notice announcing that it is aligning the final determination in the countervailing (CV) duty investigations with the final determinations in the antidumping (AD) duty investigations, of certain lined paper products from India and Indonesia.

(The ITA states that on February 17, 2006, the petitioners submitted a letter requesting alignment of the final determination in these CV duty investigations with the final determinations in the respective companion AD duty investigations.)
