The ITA explains that the petitioner made timely requests for postponement of the preliminary AD duty determinations in order to allow the ITA additional time to review submitted questionnaire responses which the petitioner claims contain substantial deficiencies.
According to the ITA, it is postponing the preliminary AD duty determinations on subject merchandise from India and China for the reasons identified by the petitioner. The ITA adds that the deadline for the final AD duty determinations will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary AD duty determinations, unless extended.
