U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a report on the fiscal year (FY) 2005 raw cane sugar tariff rate quota (TRQ) for imports during the period of October 1, 2004 - September 30, 2005, which lists the TRQ low-duty limit, the quantity entered during FY 2005, and the rollover quantity (if any) that will be charged to the FY 2006 raw cane sugar TRQ. Updated interest rates for purpose of reconciliations, etc. CBP has posted a list of interest rates from April 1, 1998 through June 30, 2006, which it states can be used for additional duty payments. For example, when a reconciliation results in additional monies owed Customs, the payment must be made with interest. Travelers seeking I-94 documents at San Ysidro and Otay Mesa to visit U.S. CBP states that these border ports are now open for I-94 document processing daily between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (San Ysidro) and 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. (Port of Otay Mesa). CBP has issued messages on a number of antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty actions, many of which (marked by an * in the action column) were previously published in the Federal Register by the International Trade Administration (ITA) and summarized in International Trade Today.

ITA notices only list the 7-character master case number.
