Listing of ITC Notices and "Minor" ITA Notices
The International Trade Administration (ITA) frequently issues notices on antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty orders which Broker Power considers to be "minor" in importance as they concern actions that occur after an order is issued and neither announce nor cause any changes to an order's duty rates, scope, affected firms, or effective period. The ITA also issues other notices which Broker Power considers to be "minor" in importance.

In addition, the International Trade Commission (ITC) issues a number of AD, CV, patent, and other notices, most of which do not warrant a full summary.
Rather than summarizing such notices in a lengthier fashion, Broker Power is listing them for reference purposes, as follows (note the "Action Legend" at the end of the listing):

The ITA found that revocation of the AD duty orders on small diameter subject merchandise from Japan and Romania, and large diameter subject merchandise from Japan would (and that the AD duty orders on small diameter subject merchandise from the Czech Republic and South Africa, and large diameter subject merchandise from Mexico, would not) be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.
