2. CPSC Announces Provisional Settlement Agreement with West Bend Housewares, LLC

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a notice announcing that it has provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with West Bend Housewares, LLC, which contains a $100,000 civil penalty. This penalty is in connection to alleged faulty coffeemakers and replacement carafes manufactured and sold nationwide by West Bend. Northeast Ohio Trade & Economic Consortium (FTZ 181)Amendment to application for expansion of FTZ 181. The amendment deletes a proposed transfer of a parcel of land within the Cuyahoga Falls Industrial Park and instead leaves the 12 acres in the northwestern and central portions of the Park as part of the zone. The application otherwise remains unchanged.
City of Battle Creek (FTZ 43)Submission of application requesting special-purpose subzone status for the manufacturing and warehousing facilities of Pfizer Inc., located in Kalamazoo, MI.
