Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD/CV duty administrative or new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of June 9, 2006 (Turkey), and within 90 days of June 7, 2006 (China), unless the time limit is extended.
