(In the preliminary results of the CV administrative reviews, the ITA preliminarily determined that the governments of Germany, the Netherlands and the UK met the requirements for revocation of these CV duty orders. See ITT's Online Archives or 03/03/06 news, 06030330, for BP summary of the ITA's preliminary results of the CV administrative reviews for Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.)

As a result, the ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), within 15 days of July 7, 2006, to liquidate shipments of low enriched uranimum by Urenco Deutschland GmbH of Germany (UD), Urenco Nederland B.V. of the Netherlands (UNL), Urenco (Capenhurst) Limited (UCL) of the UK, Urenco Ltd., Urenco Inc., and Urenco Enrichment Company Ltd. (UEC) (collectively, the Urenco Group) from Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK with a time of entry from January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004, without regard to CV duties.

In addition, for the period of January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004, the assessment rates applicable to all non-reviewed companies covered by these CV duty orders are the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry.

Moreover, the ITA will instruct CBP to discontinue the suspension of liquidation on all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after January 1, 2005.
