Final affirmative critical circumstances finding for TK. The ITA finds that final critical circumstances exist for imports of subject merchandise from Indonesia with respect to TK. As a result, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to continue to suspend liquidation of all entries of subject merchandise by TK with a time of entry on or after 90 days prior to March 27, 2006.
Final negative critical circumstances finding for all other Indonesian producer/exporters. In addition, the ITA continues to find that final critical circumstances do not exist with regard to imports of subject merchandise from Indonesia by all other Indonesian producer/exporters. Therefore, it is directing CBP to continue to suspend liquidation of all imports of subject merchandise (except TK) with a time of entry on or after March 27, 2006, the date of publication of the preliminary AD determination.
Post bond or cash deposit at revised rates. The ITA is also instructing CBP to continue to require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the AD rates (equal to the weighted average margin) listed below, for entries with a time of entry on or after August 16, 2006.
| Liquidation Suspended | Post Bond/Cash Deposit |
|---|---|
| Company | AD Rate |
| PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (TK) | 118.63%(unchanged) |
| All Others | 97.85%(unchanged) |
