CBP Announces AD/CV Duty Notices Will No Longer be Issued Via ABI Effective October 2, 2006 (AD/CV Notices Available on CBP Web Site)
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued an ABI administrative message advising all ABI filers that, effective October 2, 2006, individual case related antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) duty notices will no longer be issued via the ABI administrative message system (application MR) - nor will they be assigned an ABI administrative message number.

(CBP notes that for a number of years these notices have also been posted and made available to the public on the CBP Web site.)
CBP's ABI administrative message directs people to http://addcvd.cbp.gov/ to find individual case related AD and CV duty notices. CBP states that this Web site is a sortable index and search tool of AD/CV duty data.
CBP's AD/CV Online Search System Can do Simple or Complex Searches, Etc.
According to the CBP Web site, its online search system, called ADD CVD SEARCH, is a searchable database of AD and CV duty notices that can be retrieved based on simple or complex search characteristics using keywords and Boolean operators.
CBP states that the notices are segregated by AD or CV and span the years 1992 to present. CBP further states that notices can be searched either by category or type.
Not All AD/CV Notices Included in the Database, Etc.
CBP warns that not all AD and CV duty notices are included in the database. CBP notes that if filers have any questions regarding this administrative message they are to contact their assigned client representative.
