| Companies (exporter and producer combination) | Review Period |

Importers Must Continue to Post a Cash Deposit of Estimated AD Duties
The ITA states that importers of subject merchandise exported by Shanghai Bloom and produced by Jindeya must continue to post a cash deposit of estimated AD duties on each entry of subject merchandise at the current China-wide rate of 212.39%.
(The ITA explains that in August 2006, the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (Act) was signed into law. The Act temporarily suspends the authority of the ITA to instruct CBP to collect a bond or other security in lieu of a cash deposit in new shipper reviews. Therefore, the posting of a bond under Section 751(a)(2)(B)(iii) of the Tariff Act of 1930 in lieu of a cash deposit is not available in this case.
See ITT's Online Archives or 08/14/06 news, 06081405, for BP summary of the Act's temporary suspension of AD/countervailing (CV) new shipper bonding privileges, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 08/22/06 news, 06082205, for BP summary of CBP's suspension of AD/CV new shipper bonding options retroactive to April 1, 2006, with the exception of Canada and Mexico.)
