Senyuan Furniture Group (Senyuan)(06/24/04 - 12/31/05)

According to the ITA, it is rescinding this AD duty new shipper review for Senyuan because that company withdrew its request for review within the 60-day time limit and no other party requested a review with respect to Senyuan. The ITA explains that, pursuant to 19 CFR 351.214(f)(1), it may rescind a new shipper review, in whole or in part, if the party that requested the review withdraws its request no later than 60 days after the date of publication of notice of initiation of the requested review.

ITA to Issue Assessment Instructions to CBP

As a result, within 15 days of September 1, 2006, the ITA states it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess AD duties at the AD cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry for all shipments of wooden bedroom furniture from China produced and exported by Senyuan with a time of entry during June 24, 2004 through December 31, 2005.
