“In order to ensure that the Committee holds its first meeting within 60 days of the statute’s enactment (i.e., no later than Dec. 12), as required by the WARN Act, the Commission is asking that nominations be submitted as early as possible,” the FCC said. The agency is seeking participants from a wide range of sectors, including state and local govt. officials, tribal govts. and industry.
