CBP Administrative Messages, Web Postings, Etc.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued an administrative message stating that the system problem relating to Canada NAFTA claims for softwood lumber product tariff numbers that require the reporting of the province codes "XD" (British Colombia - Coastal) or "XE" (British Colombia - Interior) has been corrected. 2. Snow Day for the Port of Buffalo, New York

CBP has issued an administrative message stating that the port of Buffalo was closed for business on October 13, 2006 due to inclement weather. As a result, a snow day will be granted to all filers filing entries in the port of Buffalo for this date. CBP is extending one additional day without penalties for the filing and payment of entry summaries due that day. 3. Miscellaneous CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions

The antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CV) messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration (ITA) are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov . AD and CV administrative messages are no longer issued.
