AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry on or after 12/06/061:

| Meikangchi (Nantong) Furniture Company, Ltd. (Meikangchi), as producer and exporter | 1.17% |
| All Others | (b),(c),(d) |
(a) The ITA finds that the AD duty cash deposit rate for Landmark is 0.00%. Therefore, no cash deposit will be required; however, suspension of liquidation will continue.
(b) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(c) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all other China exporters will be 198.08%, the current China-wide rate; and
(d) The AD duty cash deposit rate for all non-China exporters will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.
Assessment Instructions
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of December 6, 2006.
Additionally, the ITA states that it has calculated importer-specific assessment rates for subject merchandise, which according to trade sources, may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above (which are weighted averages).
1 A recent law (Public Law 109-280) has suspended the option that allows importers to post bond for estimated AD or countervailing (CV) duties until the completion of a new shipper review (except for those involving goods of Canada or Mexico).
