DDTC Not Expected to Install Repaired v4.8 until at Least January 20, 2007
DDTC states that the "repaired" software for D-Trade v4.8 was to be delivered on January 16, 2007. DDTC sources state that their goal is to begin a three-day testing cycle once the "repaired" software has been received. However, as DDTC does not upgrade software on Monday through Friday, the next possible opportunity for upgrading D-Trade is Saturday, January 20, 2007.
Prior Version of DSP-5, -61, and -73 Should be Used Until D-Trade v4.8 is Repaired
DDTC sources state that filers should use the older versions of the DSP-5, DSP-61, and DSP-73 until the "repaired" v4.8 is installed.
Sources also note that until the "repaired" v4.8 is installed, filers will not be able to file the new DSP-6s, DSP-62s or DSP-74s via D-Trade.
January 8-10, 2007 License Applications Probably Need to be Resubmitted
DDTC states that license applications submitted January 8-10, 2007 have a very high probability of needing to be resubmitted. According to DDTC, filers should check with DDTC to determine exactly which data sent during the January 8-10, 2007 period require resubmission to DDTC.
DDTC notes that filers with cases that require expedited attention should bring this to the attention of the DDTC Response Team.
