Comments:
There is a different case number format for the AD order on certain corrosion resistant carbon steel flat products from Canada (A-122-822) if the products are originally produced in other countries but undergo further processing in Canada which results in a change in class or kind (e.g. galvanization). In such cases, the ITA considers the products to be substantially transformed. (Note that A-122-822 was revoked as of December 15, 2005.)
The case number format is A-XXX-108-ZZZ, where XXX is the country of origin as determined by CBP, the subject merchandise is 108, and the unique company code is ZZZ, which corresponds to the Canadian company that substantially transformed (e.g. galvanized) the merchandise.
