AD: China Honey
The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty new shipper review of honey from China for the review period of December 1, 2004 through November 30, 2005.

1The ITA states that it will establish a per-kilogram cash deposit rate that is equivalent to the company-specific AD duty cash deposit established in this review for subject merchandise produced and exported by IMA or Dongtai Peak.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/01/04 - 11/30/05)
The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) 15 days after July 11, 2007.
The ITA adds that for assessment purposes, where possible, it calculated importer-specific assessment rates for honey from China on a per-unit basis.
(Note that Public Law 109-280 has suspended the option that previously allowed importers to post bond for estimated AD or countervailing (CV) duties until the completion of a new shipper review (except for those involving goods of Canada or Mexico).
