In addition, the International Trade Commission issues a number of AD, CV, patent, and other notices which do not warrant a full summary.

Rather than summarizing such notices in a lengthier fashion, Broker Power is listing them for reference purposes, as follows (note the "Action Legend" at the end of the listing):

ITA notice of initiation of new shipper reviews for Southern Fishery Industries Company, Ltd. (South Vina) and Binh An Seafood Joint Stock Co. (Binh An). The ITA notes that importers of subject merchandise manufactured and exported by South Vina and/or Binh An must continue to post cash deposits of estimated AD duties on each entry at the current all-others rate of 63.88%, as the new shipper bonding option is no longer available.

These notices may be obtained by searching on the Federal Register web site by the above dates, then under the appropriate agency, at http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/fedreg/frcont07.html
