As a result of this preliminary negative determination, the ITC states that the AD duty investigation for Korea will end.

The ITC's negative determination is due to its finding of negligibility, as imports from Korea of subject merchandise amounted to less than 3% of all such merchandise imported into the U.S. within the most recent 12 month period.

AD Cases for China and Germany and CV Case for China Continue

The ITC voted to continue the AD investigation on subject merchandise from China and Germany, as well as the corresponding countervailing duty investigation for China.

The ITC determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of subject merchandise from China that are allegedly subsidized and from China and Germany that are allegedly sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
