AD: China Circular Welded Carbon Quality Steel Pipe
The International Trade Administration has issued a notice stating that it is postponing the preliminary antidumping duty determination on circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from China by 50 days to January 3, 2008.

Postponement for Evaluation, Possible Allegation of Targeted Dumping
The ITA states that the petitioners requested postponement of the preliminary determination because they need additional time to evaluate the questionnaire responses filed by respondents, and, if warranted, prepare an allegation of targeted dumping.
For the reasons identified by the petitioners, and because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the preliminary determination by fifty days to January 3, 2008.
The deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless extended.
